Exercise
During Pregnancy
A
clear distinction must be made among the scope of
exercise programs available in pregnancy. Currently,
obstetricians and their patients, include physical
activity as a regular and acceptable part of the
prenatal period. Child birth preparatory education
emphasizes the learning of relaxation techniques that
could aid coping with the pain of labor and delivery.
Some of these programs also emphasize a squatting
position during labor as a way to reducing the
incidence of forceps and vacuum deliveries and shortening the
second stage of labor. Some women may find this
information advantageous and elect to conduct
preparatory squatting exercises and use it in
labor.

good exercises are as below. Not all of the programs listed are advised
for very pregnant patient.
