If
your problem is of an emergent nature, please call us day or
night. You will be able to contact Dr. Simon, Dr. Grade or
the "on call" physician through our answering
service.
Appointments
Our office is open Monday through Friday, we do offer some
early and late evening hours. For routine
gynecological care please call in advance, but be assured
that if you do have an emergency, we will accommodate you into
our schedule. Always feel free to contact the Doctors
or one of the nursing staff, we will do what it will take to
help you.
Please
communicate your needs with the scheduling staff and
expecting nothing but professionalism and courtesy from our
whole office staff.
Insurance
and Fees
We participate with a number of health plans and our
staff is familiar with their procedures and policies. Some
insurance plans require authorization from the primary care
physician for certain office visits and procedures. It
will be your responsibility to pursue some of these
authorizations, however we will help you as much as we
can. We ask you to be patient with us regarding
these health plans. Our goal is to make the process easy and
efficient for all.
Your
Rights and Responsibilities
It is your right as a patient to be fully informed about
your medical care and planned procedure. Please take
the time to discuss any questions which you might have. We
will try to provide you with brochures, reading material and other educational resources while you are in
our office. But, please let us know if you need additional
information. Also, let us know if you need additional
consultation time with the medical staff.
Our
